Bone augmentation to a certain small amount is often necessary. Implants are inserted into the bone at an angle using a special technique giving the implants a high stability. If the bone situation is optimal, the temporary new teeth can be loaded directly from day 1. After a time of 3-6 months the temporay fixed teeth can be changed into beautiful ceramic new teeth.

This is followed by a healing phase of around 3 - 6 months, during which you will wear screw-retained temporary teeth. Every surgical procedure is always associated with certain risks. For example, swelling, pain and, in individual rare cases, infections can occur after the operation.
